One month after the midterm elections, it was time to step back and reflect upon the state of affairs at the time and future direction of President Obama’s Administration and deal with which campaign promises might be achieved in the remaining years and how the political parties would rally for the 2012 elections.
The discussions also covered the condition of the economy at the time and how poverty might be mitigated. These matters, as well as the major foreign policy issues, were addressed by panels of U.S. and European experts and policy-makers. Additionally, a special session explored the impact of the new media on U.S. politics.
