The Russian government has placed universities at the heart of a strategy that wishes to diversify, modernise, make the national economy more innovative, and better position Russia on the global market of educative services. Will Russian universities be at the height of these challenges? Can they be reformed, and have necessary ressources? Issues that retain the attention of Russian and foreign firms that may be called to recruit on the employment market in the country.
